Candle is ok but service is not

"Disappointing service. Ordered a custom candle and decided I wanted the wording changed so immediately after ordering I sent an email to customer service, no response. I followed up over the next couple of days, no response. My request was ignored and the wrong candle was sent out so I had to order a second candle as it was a gift that needed to be correct. Why even have a customer service contact email if emails aren’t checked/are ignored. Candle is ok but wouldn’t order again, quite small for the price."
